Das Online SchichtErfassungsSystem ist der neue Weg für das Fahrpersonal der Deutschen Bahn AG zur Verwaltung deiner Schichten. Mit einigen wenigen Klicks verschaffst du dir in kurzer Zeit einen Überblick über deine Arbeitszeit, Urlaubstage und mehr. Auf Knopfdruck stehen dir Vordrucke wie Ausbleibezeit, Fahrauslagen, Sonderleistungszettel sowie Arbeitsaufträge* und mehr zur Verfügung.
Wie funktioniert OSES?
Das System arbeitet servergestützt und macht sich moderne Techniken des Web 2.0 und Cloudcomputing zu nutze. Durch eine ständige Onlineverbindung werden alle deine Schichten stets zwischen deinen Geräten synchronisiert. Egal ob du mit dem PC, Mac, Smartphone2 oder Tablet2 arbeiten möchtest, du bist stets mit allen Geräten auf dem neusten Stand.
Ist OSES kostenlos?
Ja, OSES ist derzeit vollständig kostenlos nutzbar. Es stecken keine vorrangig kommerziellen Zwecke hinter dem Projekt. Einige Zusatzfunktionen, wie z.B. der Faxversand von Dokumenten, werden jedoch in Zukunft nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar sein, um die entstehenden Betriebs- und Entwicklungskosten zu decken.
Wie kann ich OSES nutzen?
Zur Nutzung des Systems ist die einmalige Aktivierung eines Benutzerkontos mit einem gültigen Aktivierungsschlüssel notwendig. Diesen erhältst du entweder durch eine Einladung von einem Kollegen der OSES bereits nutzt, oder du füllst auf der Startseite den Antrag für ein neues Benutzerkonto aus. Ein Moderator wird dann deinen Antrag prüfen und dir die notwendigen Daten zur Aktivierung deines Benutzerkontos zusenden. Dieser Vorgang ist notwendig, um zu verhindern, dass sich konzernfremde Personen im System registrieren, da beispielweise die aktuelle Referenzschichten nicht für Dritte bestimmt sind.
Wer steckt dahinter?
Das System wird durch mich, Christian Steiner, rein privat betrieben. Ich bin selbst Triebfahrzeugführer bei DB Regio im Betrieb Franken, mit Einsatzstelle in Neustadt (Aisch). Neben meiner Lokführertätigkeit leiste ich derzeit noch ein Fernstudium in der Elektro– und Informationstechnik und verbinde somit meine Erfahrungen im Bereich Betrieb mit meinen Fähigkeiten in der Informationstechnik. Die Entwicklung von OSES begann im Jahr 2011, alleine der Tatsache geschuldet, dass vorhandene Software entweder nicht bahnspezifisch genug, fehleranfällig oder viel zu komplex und kompliziert zu bedienen ist. Die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung auf mobilen Endgeräten war ebenfalls ein neu gestecktes Ziel. Als reines Hobbyprojekt habe ich es mir deshalb zur Aufgabe gemacht, dies zu ändern und es meinen Kollegen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Warum ist OSES nur für Mitarbeiter der Deutschen Bahn AG verfügbar?
Dies hat leider rechtliche Gründe. Das System speichert und verarbeitet Daten, welche für Wettbewerber der Deutschen Bahn AG einen unlauteren Vorteil darstellen könnten, wenn diese an die Öffentlichkeit geraten. Grundlage hierfür ist das Gesetz gegen unlauteren Wettewerb (UWG), genau der §17. Zudem sind die Berechnungsgrundlagen im System selbst auch nicht für die EDV und tarifvertraglichen Regelungen von diversen anderen EVU angepasst. Für die ferne Zukunft ist es ggf. möglich intern im Programm selbst die einzelenen Unternehmen voneinander zu trennen, jedoch steht hier der Aufwand, allen voran in der Entwicklung, für mich persönlich in keinem Verhältnis zum Nutzen.
