Features of PH CARE for PC

En esta ciudad celebraremos el XII Congreso Nacional de Atención Farmacéutica con el lema: “LA PROFESIÓN FARMACÉUTICA ESENCIAL PARA EL SISTEMA SANITARIO: Una Labor Asistencial desde tres modalidades de ejercicio”
Con la llegada de las vacunas y la vacunación masiva de la población se abre la posibilidad de poder realizar actividades que desde marzo de 2020 no ha sido posible llevar a cabo, Por eso la Fundación ha tomado la decisión de realizar este XII Congreso de forma presencial y online.
Nuestros congresos siempre se han basado en la participación de todos los que queréis mejorar los resultados en salud de los medicamentos a través de un desarrollo excelente de nuestra actividad profesional y desde luego, disfrutar de esos buenos momentos que se generan en las reuniones de personas que compartimos logros y retos profesionales. Mas aún después de un año atípico en el que la situación generada por esta inesperada pandemia ha afectado tanto a nuestra vida personal como a las relaciones y actividades.
En este Congreso la Fundación quiere poner de relieve la importancia de la coordinación y comunicación entre los tres ámbitos de desarrollo asistencial.
Hablaremos de la situación actual, del papel como profesionales sanitarios ante la emergencia que estamos viviendo y lo que se espera de nosotros, en los tres ámbitos asistenciales. Debatiremos sobre nuestras debilidades y fortalezas e intentaremos demostrar lo que valemos y lo que somos capaces de aportar a la sociedad.
Contaremos con los responsables de diferentes experiencias colaborativas llevadas a cabo que compartirán con nosotros experiencias reales dentro de la profesión con otros profesionales y con la administración.
Reflexionaremos sobre qué más puede hacer el farmacéutico, su implicación y participación en el ámbito social como parte del abordaje integral del paciente.
Como siempre, tendrá un lugar preferente la presentación de las comunicaciones seleccionadas por parte de sus autores. Este año queremos dar mayor protagonismo a todas las comunicaciones presentadas.
Teniendo en cuenta la historia y el patrimonio cultural que han dejado en Zaragoza las distintas culturas, tendremos una conferencia inaugural y de clausura que no decepcionarán.
Zaragoza, una ciudad con más de 2000 años de historia ofrece el ambiente propicio para pasar unos días debatiendo sobre nuestra profesión y disfrutar de su patrimonio cultural con compañeros y amigos.
